Job summary

Soap Creek Resources in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for outpatient care Monday–Friday with limited call. You will see 8–10 patients per day and be part of a physician-led concierge group.

The role emphasizes relationship-based care, prevention, wellness, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; a full patient panel will unlock higher compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.

Compensation: Starts at $200K per year will increase to $350K per year with a full patient panel

Job Type: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.
