Zaddy Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established, physician-led concierge medical group.

The role is outpatient, Monday–Friday with limited call and about 200 patient-facing days per year; you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide relationship-based primary care and preventive health.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience required.
• Interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.

Primary Care Physician

Compensation: Starts at $200K per year will increase to $350K per year with a full patient panel

Job Type: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year
