Job summary

Syneos Health in Las Vegas is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage an assigned territory and execute client marketing plans using clinical insight and professional judgment.

You will identify provider relationships, deliver scientific support, and plan activities to ensure comprehensive territory coverage while meeting market-share goals. Travel and compliance adherence are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of business-to-business (B2B) experience.
• 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical pain management experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license for visits to healthcare accounts.
• Residence within the assigned territory required.
• Local and national travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be integral to a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory.
• Identify and develop business relationships with targeted Health Care providers.
• Plan and prioritize activities to ensure territory coverage aligned to client needs.
• Deliver educational and scientific support to inform decisions by physicians and staff.
• Identify key influencers and achieve customer interaction goals.
• Develop and implement plans for territory to meet market share goals.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management and present a professional sales image.
• Manage and maintain expense and promotional budgets within guidelines.
• Operate within Compliance Guidelines at all times.
