Job summary

Akido Labs, Inc. seeks a Physician Assistant for primary care in a fully outpatient setting in Rhode Island. You will deliver comprehensive care across the lifespan, manage a patient panel, and work with a collaborative team using modern care models and an EMR system.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited PA program, be NCCPA certified, hold RI PA licensure or be eligible, and have active DEA and CSR registrations. This is a full-time, outpatient role with emphasis on value-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA certification.
• Licensed or eligible for Rhode Island licensure as a PA.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility.
• Rhode Island CSR registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan in a 100% outpatient setting.
• See 16–20 patients per day.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care coordination.
• Engage in team-based care within a value-based model.
