Job summary

Akido Labs, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant to join a growing, clinician-led medical group delivering high-quality, value-based care in a fully outpatient setting.

You will care for a diverse patient population and work with a collaborative team using modern care models and technology. The role supports approximately 16–20 patients per day, in Rhode Island, with supervision by physicians and NCCPA-certified colleagues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certified by the NCCPA and eligible for Rhode Island PA licensure.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• CSR eligibility in Rhode Island and commitment to value-based primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan.
• See 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and PAs to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records.
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide after-hours call coverage as part of a shared model.
