Neighborhood Health Center in Milwaukie, Oregon seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) for its Milwaukie Medical Clinic. The role is full-time and on-site, offering relationship-centered primary care within an integrated care team.

You will care for a diverse patient population, collaborate across disciplines, and use Epic with AI-assisted notes to support documentation and continuity of care. This position includes a strong benefits package, CME support, and a commitment to community

Competenze

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.
• Minimum three years experience as a NP/PA.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon NP/PA license, with prescriptive authority as applicable.
• Current national board certification appropriate to the profession and population served.
• Active DEA registration and current BLS certification.
• Ability to complete documentation needed for Oregon credentialing.
• Primary care experience is preferred; FQHC/community health setting valued.
• Collaborative communication style and interest in sharing knowledge with the care team.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
