Qualifikationen

• MD/DO degree from an accredited school of medicine.
• Completion of a Family Practice Residency.
• Active Oregon medical license.
• Active DEA license and BLS certification.
• Ability to complete Oregon credentialing documentation.
• Experience with diverse populations in a community health setting is preferred.
