Job summary

Curative in Mill City, OR is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join a community-based outpatient clinic within a larger health system. This role focuses on relationship-based primary care and internal medicine, with a weekday schedule and minimal on-call duties.

You will work with MA staff, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators to manage acute visits, chronic disease, and continuity panels for adults and children.

Qualifications

• PA/NP with Oregon license and current DEA required.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience, primary care preferred.
• Comfort managing common outpatient IM/primary care conditions across a wide age range.
