AVIA TOTAL HEALTH PLLC in West Melbourne, Florida, seeks a compassionate PA-C or NP to provide primary care with evidence-based, whole-person care. You will evaluate patients, diagnose and manage conditions, and develop personalized plans in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will order tests, interpret results, prescribe medications, educate patients, and coordinate care with the supervising physician to ensure safe, effective outcomes. NEW GRADS WELCOME to apply.

Competenze

• Current, active Florida license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN/NP).
• Master's degree from an accredited PA or NP program.
• Current certification: NCCPA for PA or national board (AANP/ANCC) for NP.
• Valid DEA registration or eligibility to obtain registration.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice, patient evaluation, medication management, and preventive care.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and patient education skills.
• Compassionate, professional, patient-centered approach to healthcare.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, medical histories, physical examinations and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, guidelines and patient needs.
• Order, review and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostics and imaging results.
• Prescribe medications and manage pharmacological treatment plans per laws and protocols.
• Provide patient education on preventive medicine and lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with supervising physician and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely EMR/EHR documentation.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments and continuity of care.
• Promote patient safety, quality improvement and positive patient experiences.
