Qualifications

• Active Texas Physician Assistant license and NCCPA certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• DEA registration and credentialing/privileging readiness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused examinations.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Provide preventive care and health counseling.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and lifestyle.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
• Participate in population health and quality initiatives.
