Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team. The PA will provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with physicians, and support preventive health services.

We value clinical judgment, strong communication, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. A minimum of one year of PA experience in primary care is preferred, with a schedule of full-time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Physician Assistant experience.
• Experience in primary care or related clinical setting preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform preventive care and health promotion activities.
• Order, interpret, and utilize diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care team.
