Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Ballwin, MO is hiring a Primary Care Nurse to support providers, manage triage calls, and drive timely, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical team.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 with no nights or weekends. After a three-month on-site training period, the role transitions to a 50/50 hybrid model with monthly on-site clinic meetings. This newly created position offers growth opportunities and comprehensive Mercy benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Practical Nursing (LPN) required or equivalent.
• Active LPN license; 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• RN pathway also acceptable with active RN license and 2-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic and coordinate with providers.
• Support primary care team to deliver timely patient-centered care.
• Utilize Epic EMR to document and track patient information and care timelines.
• Attend on-site to start, with transition to hybrid work after training.
