Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support providers, triage calls, and coordinate patient care. The role requires on-site work initially with a transition to a 50/50 hybrid model after a training period, and includes on-site meetings.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30 with no nights or weekends. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years nursing experience, holds an LPN diploma or RN license, and is proficient with Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN licensure preferred.
• 2–3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Education: Nursing diploma required.
• Willingness to transition to a hybrid work model after training.

Responsibilities
