Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Ballwin, MO is hiring a Primary Care Nurse to work with providers and care teams to deliver safe, timely and patient-centered care. The role starts on-site with a minimum training period, then transitions to a 50/50 hybrid model. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Practical Nursing or higher with active nursing license.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR and strong triage skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
• Collaborate with Providers and care team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Be available for monthly on-site clinic meetings; transition to hybrid after training.
