Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support triage calls, partner with providers, and deliver patient-centered care. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 with no nights or weekends.

The role offers a 50/50 hybrid work model after a mandatory on-site training period, and requires on-site presence during initial phase. Two to three years of nursing experience (LPN or RN) and current licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Practical Nursing or RN credentials.
• Active LPN or RN license.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site with hybrid option after training.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Attend monthly on-site clinic meetings during initial training.
