VenVisor Health in Spruce Pine, NC is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This full-time role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.

You will perform exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, develop care plans, order tests, and educate residents and families. North Carolina license and an active NP/PA license required; 6 months LTC experience

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• State license in good standing in North Carolina.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Patient-centered, elder-care oriented approach.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.

Total Annual Compensation: $115,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Summary

The Company is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a full-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions
