VenVisor Health is seeking a Primary Care NP/PA to deliver on-site care to residents in long-term care facilities in Rutherfordton, NC. This full-time role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care.

You will perform exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, and develop care plans, while educating residents and families. Licensure in NC and NP/PA credentials are required; prior LTC experience is a plus.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• State-specific license in good standing in North Carolina
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients. Prolonged sitting.
• Competitive salary per annum: $115,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Summary
