VenVisor Health in Washington, NC is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in long-term care settings. This is a full-time role focused on meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care.

Responsibilities include exams, diagnosing and treating conditions, ordering tests, developing care plans, prescribing medications, and educating residents and families. An active NC license is required; LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• State license in good standing in North Carolina.
• Minimum 6 months of LTC/skilled nursing experience.

Job Summary

The Company is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a full-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.
