Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at our Outpatient Practice. The position is full time, Monday through Friday.

The APP will work collaboratively with multiple IM providers in the care of the PCPs patient panel. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, and hold a masters/bachelors from an accredited PA program with national board certification or be licensed as a

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited PA program with National Board Certification
• Nurse license with NP certification in Georgia or PA credentialing
