Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is hiring an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our Primary Care outpatient team in Georgia. The role is full time, Monday through Friday, providing medical services and collaborating with IM providers to support patient care.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of PA or NP experience, with an accredited PA program degree and national certification, or Georgia NP licensure with national certification. Excellent benefits offered.

• 2+ years experience as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Masters or Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification.
• State Georgia NP licensure with National Certification (if applicable)

Responsibilities

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at our Outpatient Practice. The position is full time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

• Provide medical services to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Emphasize health promotion as well as acute and chronic disease management.
• Augment a physician's ability to provide medical services to patients.
• Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedules laboratory studies and professional consultations and provide direct patient care services.
• The APP will work collaboratively with multiple IM providers in the care of the PCPs patient panel.

Qualifications:
