Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care Outpatient team. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, and offers outpatient-based care with collaboration among IM providers to support PCPs.

Responsibilities include delivering medical services to individuals and families, promoting health, managing acute and chronic conditions, documenting data, and coordinating diagnostics and consultations to provide direct patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Masters or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification.
• Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification.
