Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare invites an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our Primary Care Outpatient team. This full-time role supports physicians, delivering direct patient care and health-promotion activities in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The APP will work with a diverse group of IM providers, focusing on comprehensive chronic disease management, preventive care, and timely diagnostic workups. Monday–Friday schedule ensures predictable hours in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Master’s or Bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program with National Boards certification.
• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Georgia with National Certification.

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at our Outpatient Practice. The position is full time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Emphasize health promotion as well as acute and chronic disease management.
• Augment a physician's ability to provide medical services to patients.
• Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedules laboratory studies and professional consultations and provide direct patient care services.
• The APP will work collaboratively with multiple IM providers in the care of the PCPs patient panel.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
