Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care in long-term care facilities. This full-time role offers meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment, with salary between $90,000 and $120,000 per year.

The provider will perform exams, diagnose and treat conditions, order tests, and work with facility staff to develop care plans while ensuring a safe and respectful setting for residents.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• State-specific license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
