Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide on-site care for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This full-time role offers a meaningful patient relationship within a collaborative care environment.

The position requires an active and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA, or Physician, with state licensure in good standing. Minimum 6 months in long-term care is preferred.
