This part-time weekend position offers a meaningful role delivering comprehensive primary care in skilled nursing settings. The role requires an active NP/PA license, PA state licensure in good standing, and at least 6 months of experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• State-specific PA license in PA in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk/work 6–8 hours per day.

Responsibilities
