Mid-Atlantic Physician Group is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a full-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
