You will manage your own patient panel in a flexible, outpatient setting across Johns Creek, Snellville, or Lawrenceville, with collaborative physician support.

The ideal candidate will have board certification (FNP/AGNP/PA-C) and an active GA license, with DEA prescriptive authority.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

A thriving and expanding primary care practice in the Metro Atlanta area is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their outpatient team. With three location options, opportunities exist to place providers across multiple clinic sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, diagnose, and care for your patient panel, with collaborating physicians available as needed
• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care, including chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia)
• Establish lasting patient relationships to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Partner with supervising physicians and clinical staff to navigate complex patient cases
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation following practice protocols

Schedule and Shift Details

• Flexible workweek schedules available (4-day or 5-day options depending on provider preference)
• Daily volume of approximately 15 to 18 patients
• Purely outpatient clinical hours no hospital or inpatient call duties
• Placement available at clinics in Johns Creek, Snellville, or Lawrenceville

Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000, tailored to experience level
• Annual bonus potential of up to $10,000 (split into two $5,000 payouts)

Requirements

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP), or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Active, unencumbered Georgia state license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)
• Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority
• Prior Experience In Outpatient Primary Care Is Highly Desirable
• Confident in managing adult patient populations independently
