Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an expanding primary care practice in the Metro Atlanta area. You will manage your own patient panel in a flexible, outpatient setting across Johns Creek, Snellville, or Lawrenceville, with collaborative physician support.

The ideal candidate will have board certification (FNP/AGNP/PA-C) and an active GA license, with DEA prescriptive authority.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
• Active Georgia license or eligible before start date.
• Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate and manage your patient panel with physicians available for collaboration
• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care including chronic disease management
• Establish lasting patient relationships to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff on complex cases
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation following practice protocols
