Purposelink Recruitment seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient primary care in the Metro Atlanta area. You will work with strong physician support and manage your own patient panel in a collaborative, well-established practice.

The role offers clinical autonomy, a predictable schedule, and a 4- or 5-day week with manageable patient volumes. Compensation varies by location and experience, with potential bonuses or incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Family Practice experience required.
• 1+ years in Primary Care or Outpatient Facility preferred.
• Active NP/PA/FNP licenses/certifications required (NP, PA-C, or FNP).

Responsibilities

• Manage and care for your own patient panel with physician oversight.
• Deliver outpatient primary care services in a collaborative setting.
• Maintain clinical autonomy within an established care model.
• Build strong patient relationships and continuity of care.
