Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a clinician to provide high-quality health care to members in the NW Region. The role involves floating to service areas, covering adult Primary Care panels, and short-term assignments up to three months as needed in MOB locations.

The position requires licensure, multi-state credentials, and ability to work within established protocols and collaborative practice with physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ANA-approved NP or AMA-approved PA or Child Health Associate training program (masters or equivalent) or equivalent requirements to meet state licensure.
• Credentials from multiple states may be required; primary state at hire and secondary states post hire.
• RN license (Oregon) and NP/ARNP credentials or PA license (Oregon/Washington) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for common acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform health maintenance services and patient education for well members.
• Refer patients for specialty consultations and coordinate services across departments.
• Document all care in the permanent medical record per standards and protocols.
• Work under physician supervision and follow hospital/clinic protocols and licensing guidelines.
