Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in the NW Region seeks a Clinician (NP/PA) to provide high-quality care in adult primary care, floating across service areas including MOB to cover for other panels or short-term needs.

Responsibilities include direct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, patient education, and documentation in the medical record according to state licensing guidelines and hospital protocols. Strong multi-state licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ANA-approved NP or AMA-approved PA training program (masters or equivalent).
• Ability to meet state licensure requirements and multi-state credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assessment, diagnosis and treatment plans for adult patients with common acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform health maintenance services and patient education for well members.
• Refer patients for specialty consultations and document care in the medical record.
• Coordinate services and participate in committees as needed.

Education

Nurse Practitioner master’s degree or Physician Assistant master’s degree (ANA/AMA approved)
