Kaiser Permanente NW is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care across adult primary care panels in the NW region. The clinician will float to service areas and cover for short-term needs in the MOB, following accepted practice standards and supervision by a physician.

Responsibilities include direct assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation in the electronic health record, with emphasis on quality, safety, and coordination

Qualificações

• Graduate NP/PA training with masters or equivalent licensure requirements.
• Credentials from multiple states required at hire, with post-hire verification.
• State licensure and national certification required for practice.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
• Coordinate services, develop float protocols, and educate patients as needed.
• Document care in the patient’s medical record per standards and protocols.
