General Summary
Charlevoix Primary Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a team-based practice that delivers high quality care to patients of all ages. The APP who joins this practice will be part of a 3 physician team with 1 Advanced Practice Provider and will be seeing 18-22 patients a day. Charlevoix Primary Care offers in-office lab draws and 1:1 MA’s.

Full-time providers are expected to have 36 hours of scheduled direct office patient care time per week, as defined by the start of the first scheduled appointment to the start of the last scheduled appointment.
