Qualifications

• Master's Degree from accredited nursing program.
• 3+ years in primary care.
• Valid State Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current DEA certificate.
• Certification as Family NP or Adult-Gerontology NP (ANCC or AANP).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Obtain health history and perform physical examinations.
• Diagnose and plan treatment; provide counseling.
• Prescribe medications per state statutes and guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive patient health records.
• Coordinate care and arrange referrals when needed.
• Provide excellent patient service via in-person or telehealth.
• Supervise and mentor clinical support staff as appropriate.
