Holy Cross Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Team in Gaithersburg, MD. You will deliver patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary group, emphasizing evidence-based medicine and holistic treatment.

The role focuses on health restoration, maintenance, and prevention, with opportunities to educate patients and families. Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus, and a Maryland NP license is required.

Qualifikationen

• MSN required; terminal degree preferred.
• Current registered nurse license in Maryland or Compact State.
• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in MD
• Advanced certification & credentialing according to specialty area required.
• Current DEA license
• AHA BLS
• Verification of current national certification
• Minimum of 3 years relevant nursing experience, with 2 years in specialty area.

Aufgaben

• Works collaboratively with the physicians and a multidisciplinary health team.
• Serves as an expert practitioner and actively promotes and supports clinical and organizational practices and initiatives within the area of declared specialization.
• Responsibilities include therapeutic health service that focus on health restoration, health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Provides health education and counseling to individuals and families
