Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Germantown seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join the OB-GYN team as a PRN clinic provider. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary health team to deliver evidence-based care that focuses on health restoration, maintenance and prevention.

The candidate should hold an MSN and current Maryland RN licensure with advanced certifications; WHNP with OB-GYN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• MSN required; terminal degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Advanced certification & credentialing according to specialty area required.
• Certifications aligned with area of responsibility required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experienced WHNP with OB/GYN experience preferred; new grads with L&D RN experience considered.

The Nurse Practitioner works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the OB- GYN to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. • Employment Type/Shift: PRN, Clinic Hours are M-F, 8 hr shifts
• Works collaboratively with the physicians and a multidisciplinary health team.
• Serves as an expert practitioner and actively promotes and supports clinical and organizational practices and initiatives within the area of declared specialization.
• Responsibilities include therapeutic health service that focus on health restoration, health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program: MSN required; terminal degree preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Advanced certification & credentialing according to specialty area required.
• Certifications aligned with area of responsibility required.
• Minimum 1 years of experience preferred.
• Experienced WHNP with Obstetrical and Gynecological experience preferred. New grad with L&D RN experience would be considered.
