Holy Cross Health in Germantown, MD, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative OB-GYN team delivering evidence-based, individualized patient care. You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to promote health restoration, maintenance and disease prevention in a faith-based, high-quality setting.

Minimum requirements include an MSN and RN licensure in Maryland or a compact state. Advanced certifications and OB/GYN/WHNP experience are preferred; new grads with L&D RN

• MSN is required; terminal degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure by Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Advanced certification and credentialing according to specialty area.
• Certifications aligned with area of responsibility.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.

Job description

The Nurse Practitioner works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the OB- GYN to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. • Employment Type/Shift: Full Time M-F, 8 hr shifts
• Works collaboratively with the physicians and a multidisciplinary health team.
• Serves as an expert practitioner and actively promotes and supports clinical and organizational practices and initiatives within the area of declared specialization.
• Responsibilities include therapeutic health service that focus on health restoration, health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program: MSN required; terminal degree preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Advanced certification & credentialing according to specialty area required.
• Certifications aligned with area of responsibility required.
• Minimum 1 years of experience preferred.
• Experienced WHNP with Obstetrical and Gynecological experience preferred. New grad with L&D RN experience would be considered.
