Job summary

One Medical is seeking an NP or PA clinician in Seattle, WA, to provide high-quality primary care in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment. You will manage diverse patient needs across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, with in-office, testing center, and telehealth options.

Join a collaborative team with weekly Clinical Rounds, ongoing learning, and opportunities for in-office procedures. Washington state licensure is required by start date, with potential credentialing for additional states.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with a 1 year fellowship or 1+ year urgent care.
• State licensed in Washington, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
