Job summary

One Medical in Seattle is seeking an experienced Family NP/PA to manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and preventive visits in-office and at testing centers, with tele-health options.

You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and apply evidence-based primary care to improve patient outcomes while embracing a human-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care with diverse patient ages.
• State licensed in Washington by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
