Optum AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care (Outpatient) to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. Optum Care Delivery supports clinicians with the resources and scale of a national leader while keeping local care communities.

This full-time outpatient role features 36 patient contact hours per week, 18–22 patients daily, EPIC EMR with Dragon and AI notetaking, and a dedicated MA team. Relocation funds are available and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license or ability to obtain before start date.
• NNP certification through AANC or AANP, or PA certification through NCCPA.
• Current DEA registration by start date.
• Current BLS certification by start date.

Responsabilidades

• Practice outpatient Primary Care at the full scope of your license.
• Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
• 36 patient contact hours each week.
• 18–22 patients per day on average; EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI notetaking.
• Onsite MA team for rooming and support; onsite lab and pharmacy resources.
