Qualifications

• Unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Practice outpatient primary care at the full scope of your license.
• Manage 36 patient contact hours each week.
• Support provided by dedicated MA team and onsite lab.
