Lancesoft is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time/part-time, onsite role in San Antonio, TX. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range and requires weekend rotation as part of the schedule.

Candidates must have primary care or urgent care experience and an NP/PA license valid in the state. DEA may be required during onboarding and multi-state licensure is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• NP/PA license in good standing in the employing state.
• Experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care with accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment and disposition planning.
• Collaborate with a clinical care team to drive patient outcomes and coordinate care.
• Open/close the clinic, manage inventory, scheduling, and patient follow-up.
• Handle routine examinations and health counseling; participate in on-call rotations as needed.
