CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an on-site, full-time (or part-time) role in San Antonio, TX. The position offers autonomy with collaborative support and flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance.

Responsibilities include providing evidence-based primary care, conducting diagnostic tests, preventive counseling, and coordinating care with other clinicians. Bilingual skills may be required and DOT exam is part of essential qualifications.

Formación

• One year of NP experience preferred; new grads may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted state APRN license OR PA license; multi-state licensure as needed.
• Ability to provide vaccines and injections; DOT certification may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and engage patients in wellness and preventive services.
