Job summary

One Medical is seeking a qualified Advanced Practitioner to manage a diverse patient panel in Downtown Seattle, delivering both in-person and tele-health care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in clinical rounds, and have opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

Requires completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and WA licensure by start date.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care OR 1 year with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in Washington, obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs; mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and other education modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states.
