Job summary

One Medical in Seattle, WA seeks a licensed Advanced Practitioner (FNP/PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, perform acute and preventive visits, and participate in ongoing learning and tele-health. You will collaborate with in-office and virtual teams and may perform in-office procedures as needed.

The role emphasizes human-centered primary care, strong communication across backgrounds, and comfort with technology to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with a 1-year fellowship or urgent care experience.
• State license in Washington obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
