HealthPoint in Bothell, WA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in our ambulatory clinics, including Health Care for the Homeless facilities. This full-time position (0.60–0.75 FTE) includes a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule and offers a competitive salary.

You will work independently and with other providers, perform procedures, referrals, educate patients, document thoroughly, and participate in quality improvement and credentialing.
