Job summary

One Medical in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to provide primary care across a broad patient panel, including acute, chronic, and preventive visits. This role supports in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits with ongoing learning during Clinical Rounds and daily collaboration with care teams.

Applicants must complete an accredited FNP/PA program with national certification and hold an Ohio license by start date; experience in outpatient primary

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• State licensed in Ohio, obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs including acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborating with in-office and virtual teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
