The successful candidate will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current Ohio license as NP or PA and national certification.
• Ohio DEA registration and active NPI.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and medical histories.
• Conduct physical examinations and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and review lab and diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications within Ohio law and DEA regulations.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR and educate patients.
