Job summary

ReGenesis Health Care in Union, SC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. You will provide comprehensive primary care and preventive services, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), within a Federally Qualified Health Center that serves underserved communities.

As part of a collaborative, mission-driven team, you will manage acute and chronic conditions, order tests, and use EMR systems to document care while focusing on accessible, quality care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current South Carolina APRN or PA license or eligibility.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.
• Proficient EMR use and excellent documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare to diverse patient populations.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries; manage chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatments within scope of practice.
• Deliver MAT and ongoing care for patients with substance use disorders.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyles.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with the care team; maintain EMR documentation.
• Follow clinical protocols and quality standards; perform in-office procedures as trained.
