District Medical Group (DMG) is recruiting for a NP/PA to provide primary medical care in collaboration with the behavioral health teams at the Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Note: psychiatric care is provided by a team of psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals.

Candidate must have an Arizona NP/PA license, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. DMG offers a strong benefits package and a positive work environment.
